Clean install of the Music.app Ventura?

I want to clean all the debris out my Music. (Please, no suggestions for "cleaner" app purchase.)

What is the best way to have my newly installed Ventura OS have no music files or directories in it, only the Music.app?

I think I'm asking what do the default folders look like for a person who has just bought a new Mac, not entered Apple ID, or restored any Music files from backups.

Ha, ha, I want to screw it up all over again.

See Managing your Mac media libraries - Apple Community for some ideas. You cannot reinstall the application, but if you rename the existing ~/Music/Music folder as ~/Music/Music (Old) you can then hold down option as you launch Music and create a new empty library in ~/Music as Music which will give you an empty library in the default location. If you're signed into your Apple ID your library will show your unhidden music purchases (or your iCloud Music Library if you subscribe to Apple Music or iTunes Match) which you can stream or download.

You can delete Music (Old) once you're certain there is nothing you want to reclaim from it.
