Mobile Banking App check deposit picture issue
I have a Bank of America mobile App. I tried to deposit a check via my iPhone and when attempting to take the picture of check the screen shot is orientation is portrait instead of landscape. Plus, it won’t automatically take the photo and eventually sends me a message that I need to take the photo manually. This has never happened in many years of use.
The App is updated. I have the current software update iOS 16.2. I’ve rebooted. I called the bank customer service and was offered only apologies and no solutions. anybody experience this?
