Apple watch interrupts apple music (not related to notifications)

Hello Community,

I have an Apple Watch 8.7 and it interrupts apple music randomly. This is unrelated to any notification and is a brief pause in the music being streamed.

Case 1: I am not wearing my apple watch and I start playing apple music on my iPhone. Within the next few moments, there is a random brief pause in the music. If I look at my Apple Watch, I can see its face has lit up (wake up). The music then continues.

Case 2: I am wearing my apple watch and I am playing apple music on my iPhone. Randomly, there is a brief pause in the music. If I look at my Apple Watch, I can see its face has lit up (wake up). No notifications of any sort on it.

Its almost as if there are random pauses for the music to be synched with my apple watch.

Anyone else experiencing this situation? Appreciate any help.

Thank you!

Hello curious_gentleman,

We'd like to help so you can go back to enjoying your music without interruptions.

In the Workout section of the Watch app there is a setting called Voice Feedback, check to see if this is enabled. If it is, disable it and test to see if your music still gets interruptions.
