Accessing a RAID1 drive on my Mac mini server

My RAID1 drive (2x4TB USB drives) on my Mac Mini server has/have a tendency to go to sleep and won't waken when I log in with my iMac on ethernet or my MacBook Air on Wi-Fi. I have to go and physically touch the keyboard on the server in another room to wake them. Is there any setting on the server I might have missed that is causing this?

1) Check “Prevent computer from automatically sleeping” in the Energy Saver preference.

2) Check “Wake for network activity” in the Energy Saver preference.
