upgraded my M1 2020 Macbook to Ventura 13.1 - built in display is lagging

Hi all,

I recently updated my M1 2020 MacBook Air 16GB Ram. The built-in display is lagging, leaving trails, fonts are unclear, and not solid. It's taking a little bit longer to boot up, but otherwise the device seems functional. I've never had any issues with this device prior to the upgrade to Ventura.

This video is only a small example of the ghosting in lines that are placed as I use the device is completely unuseable.

I have 90 gigs of available space on my SSD. I read a similar post with this is happening to someone on an external display, and they OP had no issues on the built-in display. My issues are related to the built-in display only I don't have an external display to test at the moment.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions you may have.
