I used the "move to iOS" app to transfer data from my android to iOS and after a while, my android device shows transfer complete and the recycle your device thingy. However, my iPhone is stuck on "Transferring from..." page for an hour+ now. Should I just leave it for a few hours or is this normal? Thanks.

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. The time frame that it takes to complete the data transfer depends on the speed of the internet connection, as well as the amount of data being transferred. We suggest allowing more time for this process to complete. If it takes more time than you find acceptable, try restarting the iPhone and attempting the transfer again. How to restart your iPhone X, 11, 12, 13, or later
1. Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.
2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.
3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo.
