Touch ID notification issue on iPhone

My iPhone 8 shows Touch id issue title after I’ll replace the screen I don’t what happened with it please help me for this problem.

why did i get an "unable to use touch id" prompt? how can i fix it or how much would this cost to fix so i woke up today to a "unable to use touch id" prompt im worried bc this is my only phone and ive got lot of important stuff to do my phone is cracked and kinda dirty so thats could be a reason why its not working.

This notification does not seem to be from iOS. Probably your device is Jailbroken
