Contacting Apple support for iTunes and subscription cancellation.
I have been looking for a link to submit a contact request. In my case, There is a subscription I signed up for that I wish to cancel. Problem is, to cancel or 'see' what I am billed for, I need to do so via iTunes. The problem there is I am unable to reinstall iTunes. This is after following all the leads to fix that issue... nothing works. So... I need to speak with someone @ apple for direction or to manually unsubscribe from "Open Chat - AI Chatbot App". Which I have run out of the three day trial and will begin or have begun the $4.99/week subscription. Any ideas?
