Hi, I noticed that on my new iphone 14 that my camera is being by whatsapp even when the app is closed and removed from the background. Is that an iPhone bug or is it indeed being used and my security is compromised ? did this happen to anybody ?

Did the same. The problem came back after a while. Now I restart my phone whenever it happens.

Why should we complain to meta when we’ve instructed the iPhone to block WhatsApp being able to use the camera?
Why should we go to the trouble of uninstalling, WhatsApp and all that sort of stuff when we have instructed the iPhone to block the use of the camera?
