Paint coming off iPhone

Yes, unfortunately both my phone and my wife’s had pain chips and paint peeling issue. Apple wants to take our phones for repair for 4 weeks! Only had the phones 2 months! Apple do not care their customers anymore. I will definitely not be buying another Apple phone.

it was long time noticed mine paint chipping beside of camera and then keep buying and changing iphone case when I noticed also every edges in my iphone because I thought its because of the casing maybe, everytime I clean my iphone its really my big problem to see it how to get rid of this and makes my phone shine same as first I bought it!Until 15 came out they change the edges same as Iphone 11 which is good but I cant afford anymore an Iphone upgrade 😔

My 14 has been in a case since purchase and I’ve noticed it has rubbed off all the way around the edges.

No chance Apple will do that! They have been having paint chipping issues since iPhone 12

No, the warranty does not cover cosmetic damage.

I just got an iphone 14 pro 1 month and half a go in a otterbox defender case the whole time im seeing slight paint chipping please help

i bought iPhone 14 pro on 8th of January, and after 15-20 days I way the paint that came off my phone.

apple we need support as we went to apple service center de denied and told we don't know about this.

Yes, my iphone 14 pro black color sides is getting chipped off within 2 months of use without physical damage ( also im using cover). The service store were so annoying not to accept the fact and arguing that it is cosmetic damage. Inspite of spending so much on pro models the color quality is so cheap. Highly disappointed!!

I have the same issue. Also the Lightning Port scratched very easy. My iPhone 13 Lightning Port looked flawless after 1 year of use and i didn't change my phone habits (always handle it with care). First Pro iPhone. Very disappointed.

I have the same issue on iPhone 14 Pro Max Black on the front bottom

bezel. It is just totally unacceptable for a phone which costs over 1500 Euro. This is extremely huge amount for the standard in my country. My 6 years old iPhone 7 Plus looks better than this trash. I am totally disappointed from Apple. Probably I am not going to buy a new product any soon, especially for this price and quality…

Hi i am using 14pro black colour since 4 months always used in a case i removed case to charge my phone as suggested by apple to charge without case and i saw paint peeling off on the inner border of frame and and volune button that was unexpected and disappointing

I've just used my Iphone 14 Pro Max for just 2 months plus..and noticed that the paint of the frame is coming off...From day 1 use hp cover and im very careful with my phone..This is the most lousy quality of Apple i've experienced...Didnt happend to my Iphone 3gs, 4, 7, & 11 pro..Very poor quality from Tim Cooks team!

Yea my paint is also chipping off from side buttons and the power button.I have an IPhone 14 pro max for this expensive phone it should be not there. I want to apple to replace my phone or do something with my paint chipping off

My iPhone 14 pro black has it too. Put a case around it from the start, I'm always super careful with it.

The paint is wearing off on the front. Never experienced this with my previous iPhones.

This should not be allowed with such an expensive phone.

The same thing happens on my iPhone 14 Pro. It was kept in a protective case all the time. There are no Apple shops in Poland. There are only resellers - I got the information that this is a cosmetic defect and not covered by the warranty. Lousy for a product for 1,300 euros.
