Corrosion in the iPhone 11 Pro rear

I got my iphone pro in the start of 2020, and 2 years later i saw these strange points at the rear of my phone, this happened for someone?

Why Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max Screws Rust or Corroded Easily ? Care+ Warranty Void I got an iPhone 13 Pro max which Apple Care+. When apple declined service/repair mentioning that there is an " Unauthorized Modification" on the iPhone, I was shocked to see that the screws are rusty/Corroded. If you research bit more you will see so many have the same issue. Apparently the screws, steel parts does rust on iPhone and your warranty will get void. You can't find it by direct eye. Take a high quality picture, enlarge and see.

iPhone 13 leaking battery acid Long story short, I fell and dropped my phone. I broke the glass on the back you couldn’t see something black, but nothing was leaking and months went by I got a case which is pretty much holding back together today I noticed something dripping from my phone case and it’s a clear liquid I did some googling but I’m not entirely sure but I’ve concluded it’s some sort of battery acid, I was wondering if anyone has had this happened before and if so, how long did your phone live afterwards? money is tight !
