view purchased films in main iTunes library

hi, I've been a Mac user for several years, and a friends asked me, he has purchased fries in purchased section within iTunes Store(not hidden), but in his main iTunes library its only downloaded items that's displayed, I've came from windows to Mac about 8 years ago, I know there is a setting to view iCloud library in main iTunes library for windows but can't think where setting is, so he only needs to click the cloud symbol to place the film into download queue.
