apple mobile device service is not there? + icloud not working at all on windows 11...

hi , i wanted to use easy canvas on my ipad and the software on my computer says amds is not running.. i can remember i saw this service often in the last few years and basically thought its on there... but after searching the web and my computer for a hour i couldnt find it on my computer either in the program files folder or inside the services!!!

where is it?

i tried everything i uninstalled everything related to apple, and then installed itunes and icloud again. but still the same error - amds service not running!

also icloud is not working at all... inside my explorer (or even the new windws 11 foto app) the fotos and the files dont show up inside the explorer, its connected and everythign is up to date even shows synchronised 5 minutes ago but the pics are not there..

i have a iphone since the iphone4 and i always had problems with syncing fotos or files to windows...it never worked longer than a day or two... i tried every tutorial online, spent a ton of hours in the last couple years trying to fix it because i always thought the problem must be on my side.. but from what i have read online most ppl using windows are not able to use it!!! cant somebody at apple could finally take a look at this???

i dont get it... either microsoft or apple messing this up on purpose to make the other look bad and want u to stay in their ecosystem lol!
