Please, my apple media service is not working. I tried disconnecting my icloud from my phone, i even reset all settings but still not working. Please help!

2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Music.
4. Turn on Sync Library.
5. Turn on Sync Library on your other devices.

I am talking about Media & Purchase. I’m unable to sign into my Media and purchase on my iCloud. It’s off and when I try to sign in, it says « authentication failed » Something like that. My Apple Music is not working, neither is Appstore.
As I said, I reset my phone. Log in and out of my iCloud but nothing still.
