Can’t get out of guided access!

Hi everyone,

My daughter has been playing around in her iPhone 11 and has accidentally pressed the “circle to disable” and circled a bit of her phone through the accessibility feature in her phone but hasn’t set a passcode to disable guided access. We have tried to reset the phone but it is not allowing us to type anything or interact as the circle which is disabled is quite big as seen in the image below. We aren’t sure on what to do next, so any information would be great! Cheers.

  1. Force restart the iPhone / iPad --> Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
  2. iPhone restarts> Enter Lock Screen Passcode --> Click-> If you forgot the Lock Screen Passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your ...
  3. Then go to Settings -> Accessibility -> Guided Access and change the passcode
