Lower Display brightness and yellowish appearance of iPhone 14

When I compare my iPhone 14 display with my wife’s iPhone 14, mine looks yellowish and when I increase the brightness to maximum, my iPhone’s brightness appear to be lower than her iPhone. We both purchased our iPhones three weeks earlier. I have even tried with toggling true tone on and off with both phones for comparison. But mine always ended up with appearing yellowish and lower in brightness. Is there any display problem with my iPhone or will it be fixed in next iOS update? We both have updated to iOS 16.2

Hello,

Hmm, I don't know the answer, but start here:

Adjust the brightness and color temperature on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

Also try:

Go to Settings > Accessibility > Display & Text Size. Then change Contrast, Color Filters, and Reduce White Point and other settings until it is better.

Good luck.

Thank you for the reply MrBill3. It’s very kind of you. I have even tried the procedure that you’ve mentioned above several times before coming to this forum. But nothing could reduce the difference between two displays. Mine always ended up being yellowish than my wife’s iphone. And when taken to outside, my display brightness appear to be lower than her iPhone 14. Do you have any suggestions MrBill3?
