In Apple Mail, how do I add a column to a mailbox display page?

Thank you, Barney, but it turned out that somehow the width of the "Size" column had grown to 3-4 inches, pushing "Mailbox" column off the page. I will try to remember to look for a Horizontal scroll bar, if this happens again.
