Can’t stop random scrolling on FaceBook app. I’ve done everything short of actually updating the OS system which I’m hesitant to do. Anyone have any current info about curing this problem? Everything else on iPad functions per usual. It started right after I watched a FB livestream. I’ve reset it, used Safari to clean out all unnecessary files and tabs, etc. Thanks.

You are not alone. This is a bug currently being reported in these forums.
Do your part: Let Apple know what is going on here. Provide them with feedback on this. They may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they received on this, the more they will know what is going on, and what needs to be fixed in updates to come.

I just fixed this problem after a week of frustration! I deleted the fb app or icon in my favorites, cleared ALL history, and restarted my box. No more ransom fb page scrolling.
