Pop up window opening instead of website
Why do I get a pop up window when searching for a website instead of the homepage. The window won’t close and is in the middle of the screen

Try using the steps below to block pop-ups from appearing on your iPad:
On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > Safari.
• Turn on Block Pop-ups.
• Turn on Fraudulent Website Warning.
