If Apple:

If purchased through Apple. then this is a faulty device, and it needs to be fixed by Apple. Set up a Genus Bar Appointment at your local Apple Store, and have them look at this and fix the hardware.

If Not Apple:

Rerun this, as it had ungenuine parts.
