Hi nifromegham,

You mentioned install all updates for the iPadOS, are there any updates available for the Blackboard app itself?

You can confirm by going to the App Store and doing the following:

  1. Open the App Store.
  2. Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen.
  3. Scroll to see available updates
  4. Tap update to install them

Hello nifromegham,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Sounds like you're experiencing issues trying to load a specific website using your iPad mini. If so, we'd like to recommend some steps to make sure that your device is properly working. First, try these basic steps here to see if it helps refresh things:

1.) Close Safari app

2.) Restart iPad

If that doesn't help, follow the steps listed here for more troubleshooting steps you can try: If Safari isn't loading websites or quits on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

1.) Connect to a different network
2.) Clear website data: Settings > Safari > Clear History & Website Data > Clear History
3.) Turn on JavaScrip: Settings > Safari > Advanced > Find the JavaScript feature and turn it on
4.) If the issue continues and only affects a certain website or webpage, check if you have Private Relay turned on. You can temporarily turn off Private Relay in iCloud Settings. If Safari still doesn't load websites and you tried all of these steps, contact the website developer for more help.

Also, if you have any pending updates available, it would be a good idea to install them. Keeping your device fully updated can help resolve various issues: Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

1.) Back up your device using iCloud or your computer.
2.) Plug your device into power and connect to the internet with Wi-Fi.
3.) Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update.
4.) If you see more than one software update option available, choose the one that you want to install.
5.) Tap Install Now. If you see Download and Install instead, tap it to download the update, enter your passcode, then tap Install Now. If you don't know your passcode, learn what to do.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Best of luck.
