Hey others how i get 28 recovery number during i can't enter to my profile iCloud without password

i get this text but if i try to reset it needed me to put 28 recovery key and still they can't allow me to be in my profile icould how i should do to get that 28 number help 🥲 I can't even updates app

If you have a recovery key, you’ll need to enter it to unlock your account. The key will be (hopefully) with you wherever you store important documents. If you have another Apple device, you may be able to generate a new key. Otherwise, it’s unlikely that you will regain access to your account.
