How do I find the 28 character's recovery key for my Apple Account?

1) For my other account I forget 28 character's recovery key for my account. Butt I have recovery number with me . I am looking for help .i need urgently .

2) in 2nd account I have troubleshooting error I can't login . What is the reason and how can I login
