My Apple adapter that I use to stream from my phone to tv stopped working. No audio just video on apps that i use. (My tv provider, Amazon prime) It provides audio on web based utube. I’ve used it always and now it stopped working.
You are welcome! I hope Tim Cook can bring some focus on this problem and provide some communication to the customer base. We are loyal Apple users. We are used to high quality products and even higher quality service.
I have contacted Tim Cook to make him aware of everything involving the hdmi adapter problem.

Now the trailers play perfect tly on Amazon but the movies are pixelated or have no sound and a stuttering picture.
Is it just me or is the problem constantly changing?
HDMI to lightning no longer has audio
