Let Crack on Macbook Pro 2019 Be

So I accidently dropped something on my laptop and it got a crack on the lower bezel. Is it creating another issue if I let it be? The screen is fine (no crack or strip line) as for now.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.6

I think it doesn't hurt anything, though you should cover it with clear tape.
