Can't connect to wifi

Wifi on macbook still searches, but offers no wifi site option. Even though on iPhone I have a wifi network signal nearby

When I put settings and wifi the wifi selection window doesn't even open. If I go to network it is with a yellow icon.

in the menu bar there is also a truth menu and a search site order icon..

I tried disconnecting the Ethernet cable. But it didn't help

It always offers me a hotspot, but I can't see it either. See photo.

Only restarting the PC always helps. Does anyone know what it is?

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 13.1

Sorry for being unclear. In your screenshot there is an app called "Firewall", that seems to be active.

If this has'er been the issue, try the following steps:

Disable VPN and other 3rd party security software:

Check VPN (Virtual Private Network) and third-party software to help resolve network connectivity issues - Apple Support

Check the recommended settings for Wi-Fi networks and network routers:

Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points - Apple Support

Then try the wireless diagnostics to set up your Wi-Fi connection:

Use Wireless Diagnostics on your Mac - Apple Support
