My phone won’t work and it’s updated ,it’s an iPhone XR
Does anyone know how to get it to work if it says it’s updated but doesn’t show anything new. It’s the iOS.6.2 update

Perhaps the iOS 16.2 version hasn't been installed yet, due to the LowPowerMode enabled.
Disable it, then keep your device plugged into power till the end of the update process.
