You appear to be using a third-party Shortcut to infer your iPad’s Battery Cycle count from logged Analytics data.

For supported versions of iPadOS, you must explicitly enable Share iPad Analytics from your iPad privacy settings:

Settings > Privacy & Security > Share iPad Analytics - set to ON

Once enabled, the required analytics log-file will not necessarily be generated immediately - but may be many hours before the log is created. Whether or not this facility remains available within iPadOS16 is unknown. Please report back so that others can benefit from your experience with this shortcut/feature.

You should note that the shortcut is using a function that is not officially supported by Apple.

Given that the Shortcut attempts attempts to add a feature that is not officially supported by Apple, exploiting information which may or may not be exposed within an analytics log-file, there is no guarantee that you will be able to access the battery cycle count using this method.

There are PC/Mac software packages available that can access iPad battery cycle count. Popular choices for Mac are Coconut Battery and iMazing - whereas iMazing is available for PC.
