How to record my screen, my voice and sound that played on my pc?

the zoom app has built in recording options. they are the easiest way to do what you want. they are in zoom preferences.

just understand that the host of the meeting needs to grant permission for you to record the meeting. if they don't allow recording and you find a different method and record the meeting anyways, you can find yourself in legal jeopardy, and possibly open yourself to civil penalties.
