USB-C Digital AV Multiport Adapter: USB-C port does not work

Hi,

I'd like to use multiple devices with my MacBook Pro M1 so I got me the USB‑C Digital AV Multiport Adapter (USB / HDMI / USB-C ports)

Unfortunately, when I'm using the USB-C from my adapter, it won't work with the device I want to use it for. The device itself nevertheless works still, when I'm using the USB-C directly on my MacBook Pro M1.

Can anyone help? Did anyone experience similar issues?

The device I'd like to use my adapter for is a Logitech Brio webcam. The other ports (USB and HDMI) work perfectly. Just the USB-C won't work.

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. It sounds like other devices work fine with the adapter. If that's right, it sounds like the issue is with the Logitech camera. We recommend reaching out to their support to look into connection options: Logitech Support
