How long it takes to upload 256gb on the icloud and does it continue uploading in case the device is out of internet coverage ?

How long does uploading take? I have subscribed to the 200GB plan two days ago and it’s still not working, all my photos are still uploading and I don’t know how to fasten the process. please help. thanks.

How long depends upon the kind of connection you have. I'd guess several hours.

If you don't have an Internet connection then it will resume when you do.
