How to move local notes to iCloud notes?
How do you move locally stored notes to the iCloud notes folder? Why is this option grayed out on my iPhone?

Thanks for posting in the Apple Support Communities. We're happy to look into this with you. Have you checked to confirm that iCloud is enabled for Notes in your device settings? If not, that's the best place to start.
On your iPhone do the following:
- Open Settings app
- Tap Notes
- Look for Account and see if either "Default Account or Add Account" is listed
- Follow the actions in the following link to set up your account if needed: Add or remove accounts in Notes on iPhone - Apple Support
You can also go to Settings > Account (your name) > iCloud > Notes and ensure the slider is in the ON position.
If iCloud is already enabled for your Notes, or you don't have the option to move your notes to iCloud once the feature is enabled, contacting Apple Support would be best. You can contact them directly at Get Support.
