I used a Bluetooth mouse on the iPad 6th generation, but after updating to ios16, I can no longer click with the mouse.
I don't see a round pointer on the screen, and there is some reaction where the pointer should be (the app gets a little bigger), but clicking doesn't launch the app.
 I'm using Logitech M336.
Due to the screen failure, I am in trouble because I can only operate with the mouse.
Please tell me how to resolve.

Hello and welcome to Apple Support Communities, mi-T.

If we understand your post correctly, your Bluetooth mouse no longer works with your iPad after updating. We’d like to help.

Reconnecting may help: Connect a mouse to iPad - Apple Support

You could also try a different mouse as this model is not designed for use with an iPad: Logitech M535 Bluetooth Wireless Mouse

As for the issue with your iPad screen these steps may help with that: If the screen isn't working on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

Let us know if that resolves this issue for you.

I used Siri to open the bluetooth settings and tried disconnecting and reconnecting the bluetooth mouse,
but I could only turn bluetooth on and off.
After that, when I pressed the home button to open the home screen from the screen off state,
the touch ID became unusable and I could not unlock it.
So, when I tell Siri to "Show the password input screen", the touch ID screen for unlocking
"Please unlock the iPad first" appears, but when I touch the home button,
fingerprint authentication A motion is displayed and the lock is about to be unlocked,
but the screen disappears immediately and Siri says, "I can't help you with that."
Unfortunately things got worse.
