You are not asking Apple here but other end users. We did not give anything and we cannot access Apple service/support records on your behalf.

You should have emails from Apple regarding the repair. There is contact information in those emails if you have problems arising from the service performed.

The Repair Terms and Conditions are country specific.

But, generally speaking, Apple can repair the device, replace it with another one, or exchange the Apple Product for a refund of your purchase price.
