I can't pair my iPhone 7 with my M1 imac
You can’t “pair” an iphone with any computer… Bluetooth pairing with a computer has never been supported and is not required to use features such as air drop, continuity, or handoff.
What are you trying to accomplish?

You can if your computer is a Mac.. That doesn't require bluetooth pairing.

I suppose since your iPhone 7 is not supported iOS16

My iPhone 7 is updated to 15.7.2... Not iOS 16.
However I could connect and pair with my old iMac ..macOS High Sierra and not iMac 24 M1 2021 OS Ventura 13.1
I can't pair y iPhone 7 with my M1 iMac,
