Problem for backing up
I have an iphone 5 with ios 10.3.4(14G61)
i cant take a backup from it and it says the phone doesnt allow to take a backup
what should i do ?

What method are you using to back up the device? Does it say that it cannot be backed up due to storage? If so, and you're using iCloud, you may need more iCloud storage: iCloud+ plans and pricing - Apple Support
