I have blocked and deleted a number I have been communicating via WhatsApp a few weeks ago for the last time. I am not sending messages through whatsapp, FaceTime, no phone calls etc. but when I want to share a photo with someone else this blocked number appears in the suggested list for sharing.
why is it still there and how can it be deleted permanently from my phone?

You should be able to disable this feature using the following: Siri Suggestions on iPhone
Change where Siri Suggestions appear
Go to Settings> Siri & Search, then turn on or off any of the following:
- Allow Notifications
- Show in App Library & Spotlight
- Show When Sharing
- Show When Listening
In Siri & Search disable the option for Show When Sharing to solve this.
