Microsoft files on iCloud
Yes, any file can be stored on iCloud however Microsoft files are completely inaccessible and cannot be viewed or opened on iCloud. Are there solutions for this from Apple?thx

If by opened in iCloud you mean the iCloud.com website, then yes, they cannot be viewed there. The double clicking the file there, it will download directly to the device.
If you mean you cannot open them on an iOS device or Mac through Finder or the Files app, then explain what happens when you try, because its entirely possible to view and open Microsoft files stored in iCloud directly on a device.
They will open directly in the relevant Microsoft App if installed or an Apple App that can open them such as Pages, Keynote or Number.
