How to fix this light spot on my MacBook Pro screen?

Noticed this light blob on the bottom left on my screen. What could be the problem and how do one fix it?

Toolbar on MAcBook Pro When I leave my computer open - and especially at night, I find a flashing irregular light coming out from the Toolbar. It is becoming worse. Is anyone else having this issue?
