Issue with In Design : "operation can't be completed because "file name" is in use!

Hi, I'm unable to move a couple of files to trash from the server. I was working on an Indesign file and I am dealing with a .idlk file which won't move to trash. I was working on the file when the server crashed.

I keep getting "operation can't be completed because "file name" is in use!

Help please?
