icloud drive local memory usage

Hi, can someone please help me delete or greatly reduce the 11.49G of memory usage as shown in screen shot. If I switch off icloud drive. The 11.49G transfers to other.

icloud drive above my capacity Hey all I need help, I recently cleaned my download from both safari and chrome on my iPhone 13 and it keeps reporting that I’m using on my iCloud Drive 17 gb. However I don’t have any iCloud plan active and looked also on the desktop website and it says that actually I’m using 5/5 gb. No way to control how my iCloud storage space is optimized? I could really use some help here Apple friends. Why am I being asked to "Free up storage space on your Mac" when I have a large amount of available space on the iCloud but no way to control how my storage space is optimized?

Have you downloaded files for offline use? If so, those would save locally to your iPhone. If you haven't already, check the Files app to see: Use the Files app on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
