I've removed+added account multiple times, restarted mac multiple times, force quit mail app, tick+untick mail in Internet Accounts, made sure account was enabled in mail settings. Still to no avail. I've tried all troubleshooting I've read online. Until this happened at random, but it worked for me: MENU BAR>MAILBOX>TAKE ALL ACCOUNTS ONLINE. Then my account showed up right away.

If you spin the carrot do you see the account?
