logitech circle camera not recording 16.2

Neither of my Logitech Circle cameras are recording in HomeKit, on 16.2. I’ve updated the HomeKit architecture update, and my HomePod minis and iPad ASB iPhone are all up to date.

I can no longer see recorded clips, and I’m also missing some types of notifications (eg people, pets).

Also, I note that KomeKit is not available as a topic to choose when categorising my support query. Does this mean Apple have closed that to prevent questions while it fixes the architecture upgrade issues?

I've got a Logitech circle doorbell camera that's been working great in the home app and has been recording via HomeKit secure video. I just realized now that it hasn't recorded anything since a few minutes before I updated everything. The video feed is visible from phone, watch, and TV. Just no recordings since a few days ago. I power cycled the camera and have seen no difference. Has anyone else experienced any HKSV devices stop recording?

HomeKit Recording Options not working Hello Everyone, I recently purchased a Vocalize Opto Smart Indoor Camera along with a HomePod Mini. I was able to seamlessly set them up and get them to work except I can't for the life of me figure why the Recording Options in the HomeKit app do not work as they should. I have set the Recording Option to "off" When Home and "Stream & Allow Recording" When Away. Location Sharing on my primary device is turned on so based on all the research I've done this should be working but it does not, i.e. the camera should not be on when I home and should start streaming and recording when I am out of the house. The only way I can get the camera to stream & record when I am out of the house is to toggle the Recording Options off and on. I've tried removing both devices and setting them up again but no change. The HomePod is up-to-date and so is my phone. It seems that the "When Home" recording option is completely ignored and the only one that works only when I toggle it to Off or Stream or Stream & Record is the "When Away" option. Anyone else experience this and have a possible fix? Thank you. Regards, P.

Homekit Eufy cams not recording Hi! From 2023 approximately my Eufy cameras seems like are not working correctly about notifications and recordings. Everything are set as before but actually only have a previews when Im not there. Im reading a lot of users having the same issue, people reinstalled, erased and added again but seems there is not a solution for now. So I don’t know. Maybe anyone can send us help? Thank you :)
