Internet connection with IOS 16.0.2

I found the internet connection keeps breaking up intermittently everyday though the internet icon shows as connected ? This is evidenced by trying to perform Google search but a message pops up saying ‘No internet’ or trying to play a YouTube video but it keeps buffering and nothing happens however I can see the internet icon is ’on’?

i don’t recall having this problem with an older IOS version.
