Hello! I bought my Mac in December 2021 and now the battery health is at 94% with 116 cycles.
I don’t know if that’s normal because these batteries should drop to 80% at around 1000 cycles. May MacBook Pro 16” has M1 Max 32GB of ram. I have customized the settings to save maximum amount of power. Have a great day!
Seems normal.
You still have an expected 1000 cycle count.
The rule of thumb— if you are near the mains leave it plugged in, if you need the portability then run on battery only.
The built in Battery Health Management does the rest— you do not have to micro-manage the battery charging.
