Podcast randomly playing

I am having the same issue I have seen in another discussion thread with podcasts randomly playing on my iPhone 14. I have closed the the Spotify app and it will still open and do it! This happened to me 4x last night alone. Unlike the others that say their phone was just sitting, this happened to me after some movement but with the phone locked. The app was closed out so there was no option to press anything from the closed Home Screen either. But after it played, it was in the Home Screen every time.
