Pairing new apple watch and its showing husbands email

I was able to pair my device but when its setting it up I get to a Facetime screen and it is showing my husbands apple ID and it doesn't let me change it. I don't use his ID. How do I fix this?

Hey amykrummy,

What device are you seeing your husband's Apple ID? Depending on the device, the steps are different. If you want to sign out of your husband's Apple ID on your iPhone, follow these steps below:

1. Go to Settings, then tap your name.
2. Scroll down to the bottom.
3. Tap Sign Out.
4. Enter your Apple ID password and tap Turn Off. Forgot your Apple ID password
5. Turn on the data that you want to keep a copy of on your device.
6. Tap Sign Out.
7. Tap Sign Out again to confirm that you want to sign out of iCloud.

For all other devices, check out this article here: Sign out of iCloud on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple TV, or Mac

If you continue to experience the same issue, let us know what exactly happens when you try to change it to your Apple ID.

Cheers!
