I have conflicting password managers. I started using 1Password years ago and have kept it. Now with Ventura, I don't think I need 1PW. How do I transfer or sync my passwords in 1PW into Keychain?
Once I get all my passwords into Keychain, I intend to quit using 1PW. So Keychain needs to have passwords for all the items in my 1PW account.

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We'd recommend using the guidance from Import bookmarks, history, and passwords in Safari on Mac which may help. For instance, if you are able to export from 1password as a file, you can then import to iCloud Keychain using the following steps.
"Import a passwords file
If a password you’re importing doesn’t match a password you’ve saved to your Mac, you can see the related account, user name, and password saved to your Mac, then choose which one to keep. See At least one password wasn’t imported.
5. Click Delete “filename.csv” to protect the security of your accounts."
