What is your model Apple TV? Identify your Apple TV model - Apple Support
You can't set the network settings without remote. You will need a functional physical remote to do the network setup first.
- You may be able to borrow one temporarily. Then use the software remote after setup.
- You can choose to buy a replacement remote that matches your model Apple TV.
