Hello there, I’ve been having trouble with my phone.I am not able to see any videos,pictures or play iMessage games on my phone anymore.The pictures/videos won’t even load.I’m not able to send pictures/videos either even when im on wifi which is usually all the time.I originally thought it was bc I didn’t have any iCloud storage so I bought more storage and Im still not able too.Do you know why this may be?

To find out, open Settings ➡️ General ➡️ iPhone Storage: Here, You will see the amount of space used out of the total available on your iPhone. Do you have at least 8GB - 10GB free space available on your iPhone?
